Hello, I'm so sorry that you felt offended by my comments at the showing. Please understand that it's very confusing to show multiple apartments facing different directions and to memorize each one for each showing. I find the phone app to be very useful and this is what I recommended for you to use. I hope that you were able to find a good space to live. Please understand that while this detrimental review made you feel good to vent your frustration for a couple of minutes, it affects my career in the long term.
